LUNOVA bv collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services. In principle, this occurs only with consent, except when legally permitted without prior consent.

Processing is based on the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), performance of contract (b), legal obligation (c), or vital interests (d).
III. Information and disposal
Data is deleted once the purpose has lapsed or a legal retention period has expired. Customers may submit requests for inspection, correction, deletion or portability.
IV. Data Security
We protect data with organizational and technical measures. Nevertheless, data loss over the Internet can never be completely ruled out.
V. Use of data
Data is used only for the agreed purpose. ForgTin app data is used anonymously for research. Newsletters are sent only with explicit consent.
VI. Notification of data breach
In the event of a data breach, this is reported to the data subject and/or supervisory authority as soon as possible.
VII. Retention periods
Data are kept only as long as necessary for legal or contractual obligations.
VIII. Cookies
We use cookies to make the website more user-friendly. Cookies can be disabled in the browser. We use Facebook Pixel and Hotjar, among others, for analysis, processed anonymously.
IX. Server log files
The website provider automatically collects data (IP, browser, time of day) for system optimization. These are not linked to personal data.
X. Google Analytics
Google Analytics analyzes website usage. IP addresses are anonymized within the EU. You can disable this via browser settings or plug-ins.
